During the past months I have been working with percussionist David Therrien Brongo on a new piece for solo percussion commissioned by the 2021 Nordic Percussion Festival. David travelled to Denmark to give the premiere of the piece in Musikhuset Aarhus.
The piece recalls the homonymous Italian musical form of the 14th century and is dedicated to writer and my close friend, Scott Smith.
